Shipping policy

Shipping Costs & Information:

Ireland & NI: €6.95 tracked, 2-3 days delivery

UK: €12 tracked, 2-4 days delivery 

Europe: €9.95 tracked, 5-7 days delivery (price weight dependent)

Rest of World: Starts from €14.95 tracked, 7-10 days delivery (price weight dependent)

Orders are delivered on working days Monday-Friday. 

Orders received by midday may take up to 2 days to be dispatched and up to a further 2 days to be delivered to recipients within Ireland and NI and all deliveries are subject to courier capacity. 

Please allow 3-5 working days during very busy periods.

For international deliveries, times will vary depending on destination and courier capacity, any local customs or shipping taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note, all deliveries for Ireland, NI & UK are sent via DPD via their tracked courier service. International orders are handled by UPS and generally take 4-14 days for delivery. While we try to ensure that all parcels are delivered within the specified time frame, ‘Be Kind Industries' can not be held responsible for delays due to adverse weather conditions or other courier/technical related issues outside of our control.  

If the delivery partner is unable to deliver your item, they will leave a delivery notification docket for you. This outlines all the information on how to collect the item(s) or rearrange delivery. You can collect your item(s) from their local delivery depots or they can arrange re-delivery to the same or alternative address. All items can be tracked using the track & trace option on UPS.com or DPD.com
